Why don't you have an 800 number?
In order to keep our prices low, we are unable to offer some of the frills that the larger companies can provide. Our web catalog, fax machine, voicemail and answering machine are all available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We respond most quickly to e-mails, but we do have minimal phone coverage on most Mondays and Fridays 9am-5pm. 
Why aren't you there when I call?
You can call us at any time of the day or night--our voicemail, answering machine and fax are always available.  We have transferred all of our customer service to an as-needed basis, so unfortunately we no longer have an operator every day of the week to immediately handle inquiries.  We routinely answer all e-mails and we have some phone coverage on most Mondays and Fridays 9am-5pm.

Why do I have to pay $5.95 delivery & handling for 2 bras that cost $16, when it only cost $2.90 for them to be mailed to me?
Our delivery & handling charge is the same for all orders shipped to a U.S. address, regardless of the size of the order.  It's a law of averages. Unfortunately for smaller orders, it may seem a bit high, but it costs us nearly as much for packaging and labor for a small order as a large one.  We also do not charge extra shipping when back-ordered items are shipped (unlike some of the big companies that charge shipping for every package shipped--even though it's not your fault that the item is on back-order.)  And we don't charge shipping to send you any items you order in exchange when you return items to us.
