Why don't you have an 800 number?
In order to keep our prices low, we are unable to offer some of the frills that the larger companies can provide. Our web catalog, fax machine, voicemail and answering machine are all available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We respond most quickly to e-mails, but we do have minimal phone coverage on most Mondays and Fridays 9am-5pm. 

Why aren't you there when I call?
You can call us at any time of the day or night--our voicemail, answering machine and fax are always available.  We have transferred all of our customer service to an as-needed basis, so unfortunately we no longer have an operator every day of the week to immediately handle inquiries.  We routinely answer all e-mails and we have some phone coverage on most Mondays and Fridays 9am-5pm

How do you protect my privacy?  
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect information about you as you use our site.  We never share phone numbers, e-mail addresses or credit card information.  We do sometimes share addresses with likeminded companies who provide similar products of interest.  If you prefer not to be included in any mailings from other companies, please send an e-mail to cottonbras@aol.com with the subject "NO LISTS" and we will not share your name or address with other companies.
